Our Head Chef Neil Rochard is renowned for his excellence, having built his reputation creating spectacular dishes across the United Kingdom. Here are a few of the hotels and restaurants that were lucky enough to house his exquisite talents prior his arrival at The George Cwmtwrch.

Name – Hans Erive
Based – Cwmtwrch
Role – Sous Chef

The George Cwmtwrch is fortunate enough to also house a talented young Sous Chef; Hans Erive. Here is a little more about Hans:

Hans started at the George Cwmtwrch at the tender age of 16. His great work ethic and dedication to excellent cuisine has seen him achieve greatly. Firstly attaining a level 3 qualification in Culinary from NPTC College, then receiving training and support from Neil Rochard and Adrian Duffy, to slowly progress through the ranks to sous chef.

Hans has been employed under Rob and Jayne Megson for nearly 4 years, during which time he has worked alongside Adrian Abbey and many other gifted chefs who continue to influence Hans greatly.
